Project Overview

End-to-end product design for a social service organization providing expert and innovative support. This app is designed for three user roles across three dedicated apps, which integrate multiple functionalities, such as a work management system, time management & scheduling calendar, employee time-tracking, and messaging, into a single app.

It is a second-hand project that I iterated, refined, and designed the continued web and app screens, along with its added features, to enhance the overall product experience.

Time-Tracking

This feature provides GPS-based shift and session tracking for seamless clocking in/out, reducing cognitive load and minimizing manual errors for efficient time management.

Calendar

Designed to streamline availability management, this familiar, calendar-like interface allows users to intuitively manage their shift schedules, ensuring tasks are efficiently assigned.

Session Notes

This feature allows users to quickly document client progress and goals through note submissions and image uploads, ensuring a fluid experience without complex forms.

Finances

Simplifies the generation and approval of service records and payroll reports, reducing cognitive effort and enabling users to track their data with ease.

Messaging

Instantly communicate with the Admins about shift or session details, with file/media sharing, & message delivery status. Users can engage in context-specific chats without leaving the platform, improving usability and efficiency.

Badges

Badges are awarded for achievements and milestones, creating an engaging experience. This gamified element boosts motivation and enhances satisfaction by acknowledging the user's progress.

Manages the creation, assignment, and review of employee shifts, as well as the details of their associates.
Enables healthcare employees to accept and manage shifts assigned by the Admin.
Provides third-party organizations with the ability to refer potential clients to the Admin.
